TradeWinds Shutter Services is a hurricane preparation service that has set its goal on maintaining and repairing all types and styles of hurricane shutters, specifically in salt-rich environments where consistent lubrication is a must to preserve and greatly extend the life of our customer’s essential hurricane shutters.

With condos directly on the ocean, the salty breeze can cause many issues for hurricane shutters if not properly maintained. We take care of our customers hurricane shutter to provide peace of mind and protection to residents and building alike.

We offer annual, bi-annual, and quarterly service that including lubricating all accordion shutters with LC Wax Alumaslick, all roll shutters with Teflon Dry Spray and a full inspection.

If repairs are needed, we will give a complete written estimate. Depending on the number of units in a building and the size of the units maintenance plans range from $65-$140 per unit. For your convenience we accept cash, check or credit card.
